Refund & Return Policy

At Blues Collectibles, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds for trading cards that arrive damaged during shipping. Due to the nature of collectible cards and market volatility, we do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Condition disputes not related to shipping damage

  • Grading outcomes or expectations

Damage Claims

If your card arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged card

  • Photos of the original packaging (including the shipping box and protective materials)

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Condition Standards

  • Minor edge wear, centering, print lines, or surface imperfections common in modern or sealed products are not considered damage.

  • We do not guarantee PSA, BGS, CGC, or any third-party grading results.

Sealed Products

All sealed products are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted once the seal is broken, even in the event of damaged contents.

Refund Method

If a claim is approved, refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, at our discretion

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
