Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume releases, sales, or promotions, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated.

  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Blues Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events beyond our control


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Blues Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

  • Claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Sealed & Collectible Products

Due to the nature of collectible items:

  • We cannot guarantee packaging conditions such as factory seals, box corners, or shrink wrap.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns or refunds.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
